Description Cincinnati, Ohio 45227 Full-time, Second Shift $20.00 - $23.00/hour Omnia360 Facility Solutions is a full-service provider of customized and cost-efficient integrated facility solutions for corporate offices, multisite dispersed portfolios, education, healthcare and industrial-focused organizations. Benefits for the Security Guard position include: Weekly pay! $20.00 - $23.00/hour dependent on your experience and skills. Essential Functions for the Security Guard Position: Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure work environment. Have a strong presence while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Notify supervisors and on-site staff of any irregularities, suspicious activities, security issues, and safety hazards. Make sure building is secure at all times and provide a security presence for event/class attendees as they enter and exit the building. Identify individuals that should not be in the vicinity and act appropriately personally or by notifying law enforcement. Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences. Perform light maintenance as time allows such as painting, patching, changing lights, drywall, door hardware, etc. Additional duties as assigned. Requirements for the Security Guard Position: Possess outstanding customer service skills and can-do attitude. High School Diploma/GED required; some college preferred. 3+ years of security or related experience, security license preferred but not required. Previous military or law enforcement background preferred but not required. Basic computer knowledge, including ability to use Microsoft Office products. Some basic/light maintenance skills required. Ability to complete required safety classes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Background and drug test required, including FBI/BCI fingerprinting.
