Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager, Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales teams and drive business growth across diverse markets. This pivotal role combines leadership, management, and technical expertise to optimize sales processes, develop innovative strategies, and foster strong customer relationships. Duties • Lead and manage the entire sales operations team, setting clear goals and motivating staff to achieve targets through active leadership and coaching. • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with company objectives, focusing on outside sales channels and expanding business development opportunities. • Oversee key account management activities, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships through effective negotiation and personalized service. • Drive B2B sales initiatives by identifying new market segments, building strategic partnerships, and leveraging marketing insights to maximize outreach. • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to analyze sales data, monitor performance metrics, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement. • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support technical sales efforts and enhance brand visibility in competitive markets. • Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring efficient processes and high conversion rates while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service. Qualifications • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, technology sales, or related fields with a strong track record of exceeding targets. • Demonstrated management skills with experience leading diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. • Deep understanding of marketing strategies and how they integrate with sales initiatives to drive growth. • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for data analysis and pipeline management. • Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent business development capabilities. • Exceptional analysis skills to interpret market trends, customer needs, and performance data for strategic decision-making. • Excellent leadership qualities with a focus on team development, motivation, and fostering a customer-centric culture. • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service.
