Full Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (full time) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate, who must be a Registered Nurse (RN), will provide critical support to both field nurses and administrative staff, ensuring that patient care plans are effectively managed and that the highest standards of quality care are maintained in office. This position involves a combination of clinical oversight, administrative duties, and direct communication with patients and healthcare providers. Responsibilities • Develop and manage patient care plans, ensuring alignment with clinical needs. • Prepare and send Plan of Treatments (POT) to physicians for approval. • Coordinate and schedule supervisory visits with patients. • Review and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. • Provide guidance and support to field nurses, answering clinical and operational questions. • Conduct new hire training for nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) / Personal Care Assistants (PCAs). • Perform quality audits of patient files to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. • Complete quarterly progress notes to document patient outcomes and care adjustments. Skills - Excellent communication skills to interact with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. - Ability to negotiate effectively and showcase leadership qualities - Home Health Experience strongly preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $34.00 - $37.00 per hour Ability to Commute: • Lithia Springs, GA 30122 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: • Lithia Springs, GA 30122: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
