As a Marketing and Social Media Specialist at Omni Channel Solutions, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the company’s digital presence across social platforms. You will develop and execute strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business objectives through consistent, on-brand content and community interaction. This role combines creativity and strategy. You will create and curate content, manage publishing schedules, monitor conversations, and use analytics to measure performance and optimize campaigns. You will also oversee paid initiatives and explore new opportunities such as influencer collaborations and emerging platforms to expand reach and impact. You will work with Marketing, Creative, Brand Studio, Social Media, and Product teams to align campaigns with business priorities, while also supporting customer engagement online. Through your efforts, social media channels will serve as strategic assets that contribute directly to growth, loyalty, and long-term brand visibility. DAILY DELIVERABLES • Design, plan, and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals (brand awareness, lead generation, engagement) • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (copy, images, graphics, video) tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc.) • Build and maintain a content calendar / editorial plan • Schedule posts and manage publishing using social media tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) • Monitor, listen to, and engage with users (comments, messages, mentions) to build community and respond to queries or crisis situations • Track, analyze, and report on performance across platforms using key metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions, ROI) • Use insights and data to continuously refine content strategy, posting cadence, and formats • Oversee paid social media campaigns: set budgets, create ads, manage targeting, optimize ad performance • Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to inform social strategy and stay ahead of trends • Identify and manage influencer or brand partnerships and collaborations • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, product, marketing) to align social efforts with campaigns, launches, and business objectives • Ensure brand consistency — maintain social media brand guidelines (tone, voice, visual style) • Manage social media crisis or negative feedback in coordination with PR / communications • Stay up to date with platform changes, new tools, features, and best practices SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Proven experience (2-4 years or more) managing social media accounts for brands or agencies • Knowledge of graphic design, motion graphics, or video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere) • Strong portfolio (examples of social media campaigns with measurable results, excellent content creation skills, copywriting, visuals, video) • Deep familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube) and their nuances • Experience with social media scheduling/management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.) • Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, and performance reports • Creativity, storytelling skills, and ability to propose new content ideas PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS (A PLUS) • Past experience working with influencers or partnerships • Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or email marketing • Certifications related to social media, digital marketing or analytics (e.g. Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Remote
