Job Title: Program Manager – DXC ASSURE Location: Remote Job Summary: DXC Assure Platform is designed for insurance companies looking to modernize legacy systems while maintaining operational efficiency and minimizing costs. We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with strong experience in DXC ASSURE and a deep understanding of the insurance/reinsurance domain. The ideal candidate will lead a multi-year product rollout, working closely with business and IT leadership to ensure successful program delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end program delivery for DXC Assure initiatives across reinsurance, claims, accounting, and IT. • Serve as the primary liaison with senior stakeholders and department heads, providing detailed reporting, updates, and risk management. • Oversee multi-year product implementation cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth execution across business and technology units. • Drive governance, status reporting, issue resolution, and overall program health tracking. Required Experience: • Strong, proven experience as a Program Manager overseeing large, multi-year enterprise product rollouts. • Mandatory experience in insurance or reinsurance, with DXC Assure implementations. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
