Lead and mentor junior engineers, reviewing their work to maintain quality, foster technical growth, and promote a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Contribute to proposal development, scope definition, and federal RFP responses, playing a key role in expanding Olsson’s federal portfolio. Participate in client meetings, site visits, and project presentations, representing Olsson with professionalism and authoritative structural expertise. Assist in developing and refining internal engineering standards and guidelines to continuously improve project outcomes and team performance.
