Full Description

Job Description: • Lead project planning, team coordination, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget; serve as primary client liaison • Monitor costs, mitigate risks, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards • Facilitate project meetings, document deliverables, and maintain accurate records • Build strong client relationships and support contract negotiations • Mentor team members on project management best practices and tools Requirements: • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to contribute and work well on a team • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as engineering, construction, planning, or a non-technical field such as business or a related area preferred • In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an associate degree with equivalent experience is required • A minimum of six years of project experience in the AEC industry with increasing responsibility • May have Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent Project Management certification or degree • Excellent client service, communication, and presentation skills • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as required • Valid driver’s license and a good driving history.
