As a Sales Associate, you will support the sales team in building customer relationships and analyzing sales data. You will also assist in executing key initiatives to drive growth in the Conventional Grocery channel.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with 0-2 years in sales, retail, or customer service. Candidates should have a strong interest in the CPG or health and wellness industry and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION As an entry-level Sales Associate, you will support our sales team in building strong customer relationships, analyzing sales data, and executing key initiatives to drive growth in the Conventional Grocery channel. Associate will be working cross functionally with Olly, SmartyPants, Welly and Onnit in this role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support sales efforts within the designated area, including customer and broker partnerships. Assist in building and nurturing relationships with grocery customers and procurement buyers. Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Help prepare presentations and sales materials for customer meetings. Monitor competitive brands and products to understand shopper trends. Track new item launches and support execution in the market. Maintain and update weekly reporting tools and dashboards. Build selling deck and all necessary materials for customer meetings, including but not limited to sell-in stories, monthly meetings and line reviews using customer specific and syndicated data Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of sales initiatives. Strong interest in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or health and wellness industry. Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new tools. Results-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn. Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The salary range for this position is $59,680.00 - $89,520.00 dependent on experience and location.
