Overview: Join the Nora Gallogly Group as a Listing Concierge in Coto de Caza, CA. This part-time role (10-20 hours per week) is essential to our mission of providing exceptional client service in luxury real estate. As a Listing Concierge, you will handle a variety of responsibilities that ensure smooth operations and outstanding experiences for clients. From opening doors for showings and property visits to driving buyers and understanding their unique needs, you will play a key role in facilitating successful transactions. You will be present during photoshoots and inspections to ensure properties are showcased at their best, assist with open houses to create a welcoming environment for potential buyers, and handle logistical tasks such as installing lockboxes, coordinating with vendors, and managing other assignments as needed. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional with an active California Real Estate License and a solid understanding of the real estate process to join our dynamic team and contribute to our commitment to excellence. Additional Opportunity (optional) – Work as a Buyer’s Agent: While the primary role is as a part-time Listing Concierge, team members may also operate as a Buyer’s Agent. This is not a requirement or expectation of the concierge role, but we recognize that most licensed professionals wish to practice real estate. Buyer’s Agent duties are not part of the concierge job scope but are supported within our team structure. Agents pursuing this track will follow standard Buyer’s Agent responsibilities, such as prospecting, showings, and managing offers, as governed by California real estate law. Responsibilities • Coordinate and oversee property showings, including opening doors and guiding potential buyers. • Drive clients to property viewings and appointments as needed. • Understand and assess clients' needs to provide tailored property recommendations. • Be present during photoshoots and inspections to represent the company and assist vendors. • Organize and manage open houses, ensuring a welcoming environment for potential buyers. • Install lockboxes and ensure that property security protocols are followed. • Meet and coordinate with vendors for property maintenance and staging. • Handle additional assignments as required to support the sales team. Qualifications • Active California Real Estate License. • Strong understanding of the real estate market and transaction processes. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. • Highly organized with attention to detail.
