Provide executive virtual assistant support including calendar management, correspondence, research, travel coordination, event planning, and general administrative tasks.
At least 9 months experience as an executive assistant, proficiency with office software, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and specific technical home office setup.
Description: • Provide comprehensive executive virtual assistant support to the client's team at a home care agency. • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination. • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the team. • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for meetings and special projects. • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries as needed. • Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and attendee management. • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and communication. • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the client.
