Fund Administration Manager We’re seeking a Fund Administration Manager to lead client relationships for private equity, venture capital, real estate, and fund-of-funds clients. You’ll oversee fund accounting, capital account maintenance, financial reporting, and supervise junior staff, ensuring high-quality service and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities • Serve as primary client contact, managing expectations and engagement delivery • Oversee fund accounting, audits, and tax preparation • Review client and investor communications • Mentor and develop junior team members • Support business development and client onboarding Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred) • 2+ years in public accounting or fund administration, or 1+ year as a manager in public accounting • Experience with private equity/VC funds and partnership accounting preferred • CPA preferred • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; QuickBooks familiarity a plus Apply Now
