Responsibilities: • Manage and verify all To-Go and curbside orders to ensure complete accuracy and timely preparation. • Deliver exceptional customer service with a welcoming, friendly, and helpful attitude during every guest interaction. • Possess and maintain extensive knowledge of the menu to confidently offer recommendations and answer guest inquiries. • Accurately process all forms of payment, including credit cards and cash, adhering to all transactional procedures. • Actively assist in managing the flow of pick-up traffic, ensuring a seamless experience for both in-house and curbside guests. • Uphold the company's rigorous safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards within the designated work areas. • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment and guest satisfaction.
