Full Description

Are you looking for a workplace that feels like your second home? Somewhere where you're supported and respected, a quietly busy office where kindness and mutual admiration reign among the staff? A workplace where you feel like you're working hard serving your community, where you don't feel like just a 'cog in a wheel', somewhere you know you're there for the long run? Well, here are some comments from our awesome staff (we had fun with this one, I just asked for a one-liner insider point-of-view and instead got a torrent of love, bringing tears to our eyes): Jackie: "The culture here is truly unparalleled, everyone SUCH hard workers with hearts of gold! Working at OTUC is absolutely AMAZING. Could not ask for a better crew - I love coming to work everyday because our team works so well together, we're like a little family!! Dr Rasha and Dr Ahmed are like angels from heaven; they're the best doctors I have ever met, let alone worked with. They support and encourage us employees, take the time to mentor us and teach us and always push us to grow and advance! They care so much about all of their patients and go above and beyond everyday to make sure both their staff and patients are happy! I love it here and feel blessed and privileged to work with this incredible team.. Oh, and what I love about them the most is their kindness, they are such BRIGHT LIGHTS in this world.. I could go on forever!!!" Sofia: "To me the staff at Olde Towne Urgent/Primary Care is my second family... So much diversity of work that no day is like another!.. A meaningful job with meaningful/impactful consequences on patients' lives. Culturally diverse group of workers all driven toward a clear vision - to cure/alleviate medical issues/prevent diseases! It's truly a family environment where everybody is there for each other. We care about each other as a person and in our professional growth -" Dani: "Also like a family to me, definitely a welcoming environment. Every day is a learning experience that allows me to thrive and I've learned so much (and still learning!). I completely agree with what has been said earlier, I'm happy to be part of a POWERHOUSE TEAM that helps provide patients with the best healthcare" Willy: "Caring and passionate staff and providers.. a home-like environment because staff treats everybody like a family..I’m staying here til I retire!" Ana: "...Family environment, where you can learn and grow. The short time I've been here, I learned a lot and still learning. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't learn something new and loving the team more and more!!" Josselinne: "It's like working with your family, even though we might have disagreements, we still treat everyone with respect and love! We know we can always count on one another for anything and go up to anyone if there's something that's bothering us without getting judged." Johanna: "Ahh, you guys are making me get teary-eyed. OTUC has felt like a second home since just about the first day I walked in as a very nervous NP student. I clearly remembered how welcomed I felt by everyone almost instantaneously. I feel so lucky to be a part of this team, love Dani calling it a 'powerhouse' - couldn't agree more. Everyone brings strengths to the table and we all help each other to improve on any possible weaknesses. The amount of support, kindness and authenticity is unparalleled. And the patients can FEEL that - my favorite thing after seeing a patient is hearing their compliments to the team - not because we need to be told all the time how great we are, but because it makes me so happy to know that I am part of a team that helps remind people daily that there are healthcare workers who really CARE about spending time with them and listening to what they need. It's the best!!!" That's the feel of the place - we'd love for you to come join our family!!
