The Street Outreach worker has the primary responsibility to outreach and engage SSYI identified participants and refer these participants to SSYI services. He/She will work with other program staff to foster a community that addresses potentially violent situations with nonviolent solutions by extensive networking collaboration within the community and reaching out to identified participants and working directly with them to mediate potentially violent situations The Street Outreach worker will be a member of and participate in all intervention team meetings and SSYI initiatives within in the city. Work a flexible schedule High school graduate or GED Knowledge of local agencies, programs, services, local units of government ad grassroots organizations with in the city of Brockton Drivers license Operate a computer to enter data and maintain records
