Okvisa is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing various types of data that support our business activities. Your expertise in data entry will contribute significantly to maintaining the integrity of our databases, ensuring that all information is precise and up-to-date. You will play a crucial role in streamlining our processes by inputting, updating, and retrieving data efficiently. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, as you will be working with sensitive information that must be handled with care. In addition to data entry, you will also assist in generating reports and analyzing the data to provide insights that help improve our services. Responsibilities Accurately enter and update data in the company database. Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist in the preparation and generation of reports as needed. Manage and organize data files and documents efficiently. Perform regular data audits to identify and correct inaccuracies. Respond to data-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Support team members in various administrative tasks as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or a related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Familiarity with database systems and data entry software. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
