Digital Lending Solutions Consultant Remote Full Time Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • Lead end-to-end UX design for loan origination flows (applications, decisioning, funding). • Map user journeys, create wireframes/prototypes, and document requirements for engineering. • Benchmark competitors and provide a market landscape report (vendors, features, trends). • Translate compliance, KYC/AML, and credit requirements into user-friendly flows. • Partner with product, engineering, and risk teams to shape MVP and roadmap. • Present industry insights and make actionable recommendations to leadership. Qualifications • 6+ years in financial services product/UX design, with proven loan origination experience. • Strong portfolio showing credit/loan flows and other complex financial application flows. • Familiarity with KYC/IDV, credit pull, disclosures, e-signatures, document upload. • Experience working with or evaluating credit decision engines (CDEs) and loan origination system (LOS) vendors. • Excellent facilitation and communication skills (stakeholder workshops, executive presentations). • Ability to translate flows into engineering-ready artifacts (stories, acceptance criteria). Nice-to-Have • Knowledge of SMB lending and SBA programs. • Experience with open banking, alternative data underwriting. • Familiarity with design systems (Figma) and modern experimentation (A/B testing, analytics).
