Position Summary • The Senior Technical Director provides part-time strategic oversight, subject matter expertise, and senior leadership for the HHS ASFR DIS IV&V contract. • This position focuses on overall technical direction, program strategy, quality oversight, and senior stakeholder engagement. Requirements • Strategic Oversight and Direction. • Program Strategy. • Provide strategic oversight for the IV&V program. • Advise Program Manager on strategy. • Review and approve program plans. • Ensure alignment with government objectives. Minimum Qualifications • Education: Bachelor's degree (Master's or certifications preferred) • Experience: Minimum 10-20 years in IT program management or executive consulting • Federal Experience: Extensive experience (10+ years) with federal IT programs • Certifications: PMP, ITIL, or similar strongly preferred.
