Full Description

Description: • Reports to IT Functional Leader and will have no direct reports. • Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders. • Lead interviews with stakeholders and gather user requirements. • Apply communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help the business make good technology decisions. • Develop cost analyses and project budgets. • Promote a collaborative team environment and provide mentorship to junior-level analysts. • Document current processes and models to understand inefficiencies or gaps. • Support delivery teams as they develop, test, and deploy solutions. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree • [3-5] years of experience in business analysis • Background in portfolio budgeting, resource planning and financial analysis is preferred. • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Visio, and Outlook. • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. • Understanding of Application architectures • Understanding of SQL and data modeling • Experience in report and analytical requirements gathering Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching • Flexible work hours • Paid time off • Professional development opportunities
