We’re ready to move now and only selecting individuals who can execute immediately. Your Core Mission As VP of Regional Sales, your mandate is simple: Recruit. Lead. Close. Grow. You will: • Recruit and manage a large team of commission-based sales reps under your leadership. • Ensure each rep brings in and closes their own insulation foaming jobs daily (residential & commercial). • Build and oversee a regional sales structure that drives consistent, measurable deal flow. • Personally close high-value commercial projects to establish early traction. • Represent Ohh Foaming in your region while driving aggressive growth. Initial Core Responsibilities This position is for a proven closer who thrives on autonomy, precision, and results. You’ll be expected to take immediate ownership and execute quickly. Key responsibilities include: • Building and leading a commission-based regional sales force. • Developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for insulation foaming. • Structuring and optimizing pricing for both commercial and residential contracts. • Establishing scalable sales systems and reporting through Zoho CRM. Immediate Priorities • Begin recruiting and onboarding your sales team immediately. • Customize sales tracking and deal-flow systems through Zoho CRM. • Set pricing models, commission plans, and team performance structures. • Leverage your existing network of builders, contractors, and developers to bring in jobs now. • Drive daily sales production from yourself and every rep under you.
