Responsibilities Learn and master our systems to deliver a high-quality client experience Follow up with warm leads and prior client inquiries Meet with clients virtually through Zoom or phone Maintain clear and professional communication Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth, consistent client interactions Meet performance goals to earn growth opportunities Participate in weekly virtual training and development sessions Build and maintain client relationships with company-provided and self-generated leads Help families understand how their options can support long-term security and protection Qualifications Experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or training is a plus-but not required Strong verbal and virtual communication skills Comfortable using technology and modern digital tools Excellent time-management and organizational abilities Professional, dependable, and service-driven A people-first mindset and willingness to learn Requirements Reliable smartphone, computer, and internet connection Ability to pass a background check Ability to complete contracting requirements Active Life and Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain with support 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. 100% Uncapped Commission 1099 Comfortable working remotely and independently.
