Offit Kurman, an AmLaw 200 law firm, is seeking a Multimedia Marketing Specialist. The Multimedia Marketing Specialist develops and manages the firm’s social media, multimedia, and digital publishing initiatives to advance the marketing and business development goals of the firm. This role exercises independent judgement in planning, producing, and evaluating digital content strategies, as well as advises attorneys and business development leaders on best practices for audience engagement and ensures brand consistency across all channels. Responsibilities: • Design and produce marketing graphics and social media visuals using brand templates to design invitations, flyers, brochures, announcements, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral. • Plan and manage the firm’s social media and multimedia calendar, including content strategy, scheduling, and publishing content. Engage with audiences and coordinate timely attorney/BD responses. Conduct social listening and flag opportunities and trends. Record and edit audio and video for podcasts, short-form videos, interviews, webinars, and social-first clips. Operate basic A/V recording setups and manage in-person and virtual recordings. Edit, mix, and master assets. Create derivative assets and publish to firm channels. • Oversee website and email updates to ensure alignment with SEO/GEO best practices. Identify opportunities to enhance user experience and optimize content performance. • Analyze and report on engagement metrics (reach, engagement rate, CTR, follower growth) across all platforms and provide insights and recommendations to refine content strategy. • Maintain and enhance digital workflows, templates, and asset libraries to support consistency across marketing initiatives. • Advise and collaborate with creative team members, attorneys, and BDMs to translate practice priorities into marketing plans. Assist other creative team members to achieve firm, attorney, practice group, and regional marketing objectives, as required. • Other duties, as assigned. Requirements: • Organized and self-motivated, capable of completing tasks and meeting deadlines. • Strong independent judgement, attention to detail, and ability to apply consultative guidance to stakeholders. Skilled in interpreting analytics and identifying trends to drive content performance. • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept through completion with minimal supervision. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficient in developing and posting content on social media platforms. • Working knowledge of recording, editing, and design tools. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Qualifying Experience: • Bachelor’s degree with concentration in marketing, communications, or related field preferred. • 2-4 years of relevant experience with graphics and/or digital media experience. • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud design products, Canva, Descript, and Constant Contact, or comparable. • Proficient with various social media platforms: LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Facebook, and TikTok. Experience with Sprout Social a plus. • Proficient in Microsoft Office products: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and SharePoint. • Experience with making website updates using WordPress. • Experience with SEO/GEO best practices and execution preferred. Physical Requirements and Work Environment • Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use; occasional standing/walking; frequent use of hands for typing and handling office equipment; strong visual abilities and effective oral communication required. Ability to occasionally lift and transport camera equipment (up to ~25 lbs.) for on-site recordings or events. • Work Environment: This is a remote role based in the U.S., working primarily from a home office. Occasional travel and in-office work may be required for recordings, events, team meetings, or attorney/client sessions (estimated 5–10% as business needs dictate). The role requires a quiet, professional home workspace and reliable high-speed internet. Core hours align to firm business hours (Eastern Time), with occasional early/late posting or live coverage as needed.
