This role requires hands-on experience across websites, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics. Candidates with experience limited to only SEO, only PPC, or only social media will not be considered. Off The Couch builds SaaS software for experience based businesses. We sit inside bookings, payments, and analytics, which means we see a lot of broken marketing setups: bad websites, misleading SEO, incorrect Google and Facebook Ads tracking, and owners wasting money without knowing why. We are building a small, senior led marketing function focused on getting the fundamentals right. This is not a growth at all costs role. It is about standards, correctness, and accountability. What you will do • Build and manage small business websites (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) • Configure on page SEO correctly • Set up Google Ads and Facebook Ads accounts properly • Validate conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, pixels) • Monitor accounts and identify issues • Communicate honestly with customers about what is and is not working What this role is not • Not a growth hacker role • Not a social media role • Not a content marketing role • Not an agency sales role If your experience is limited to only SEO or only PPC, this role is not a fit.
