Job Description OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry. We are seeking a detail oriented and highly organized Formwork Inventory and Yard Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our formwork yards located in San Diego, Dallas, Austin, Nashville, and Richmond. This role is responsible for managing inventory accuracy, coordinating shipments, organizing yard layouts, and ensuring damaged equipment is repaired or properly decommissioned. The ideal candidate will be based near one of our current yards and will be comfortable with periodic travel to other locations. While prior formwork experience is a plus, we will provide comprehensive training for the right candidate. Duties And Responsibilities • Oversee daily operations of multiple formwork yards, ensuring efficiency, safety, and organization. • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, meeting project timelines and quality standards. • Maintain accurate inventory counts across all yards, including tracking usage, returns, and damaged items. • Inspect returned equipment for damage, determine repair or scrap needs, and coordinate with repair teams or vendors. • Organize and prepare shipments for upcoming projects, ensuring materials meet quality and safety requirements. • Implement and maintain yard organization systems to optimize space, accessibility, and workflow. • Monitor and report on yard performance metrics, including inventory accuracy, turnaround times, and repair completion rates. • Conduct periodic site visits to perform audits, oversee operations, and support local teams. • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures at all yard locations. Required Skills And Abilities • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally. • Effective participation in team environment, with both external and internal teammates.  • A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.  • Ability to travel periodically to multiple yard locations. Education and Experience • 2-5 years’ experience in construction, equipment rental, or formwork operations. • Experience in logistics, inventory management, or operations. • Familiarity with yard or warehouse management best practices. • Proficiency in inventory software and with basic computer applications (Excel, inventory tracking systems, email). • Forklift certified or the willingness to become forklift certified. • Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred. Physical Requirements • Up to 25% travel to OES Equipment’s 5 different Formworks yards. • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
