Job Summary Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to support the development of product marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and growth of our PartsTech and RepairLink platforms. Translates technical features into customer benefits, creating engaging content, and supporting various marketing and product launch initiatives. Provides the sales teams and partners with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to accelerate adoption and fuel growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Supports positioning and messaging that clearly communicates the value of RepairLink & PartsTech solutions to targeted personas and markets. Translates technical features into customer-focused narratives and compelling value propositions that drive engagement and sales. 2. Partners with Product, Sales, and Partner teams to create impactful enablement materials including pitch decks, battle cards, videos, and training resources. 3. Designs and delivers marketing collateral—sell sheets, web content, case studies, and ROI/value tools—that support demand generation and retention. 4. Coordinates and helps with product launches and updates, managing cross-functional coordination and execution of go-to-market deliverables. 5. Conducts market and competitive analysis to inform pricing, packaging, and strategic positioning. Gathers and leverages customer insights, interviews, and testimonials to strengthen product messaging and advocacy. 6. Maintains partner-specific resources to amplify channel success and product adoption. 7. Measures and optimizes marketing program effectiveness through data-driven analysis and feedback loops. 8. Represents the brand at industry events and trade shows to increase visibility and engage directly with customers and partners. Education A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required, with a focus in Marketing or related discipline. In the absence of a degree, equivalent work experience directly related to the key responsibilities of the role will be considered as a substitute for the degree. Experience At least 3 years of experience in product marketing, B2B SaaS marketing, or a related marketing communications role, to include prior experience developing marketing collateral such as pitch decks, sell sheets, web content, and email campaigns, and a background in conducting interviews, gathering feedback, or capturing testimonials. Must also be able to demonstrate the following skills and abilities: · Good communication skills and can translate technical product details into clear, benefit-driven messaging. · Proficiency with marketing and content tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). · Collaborative mindset and comfortable working cross-functionally. · Customer-focused orientation. · Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing performance data and extract insights that guide future initiatives. · Basic understanding of go-to-market strategy, including positioning, segmentation, and launch planning. · Good project management abilities, and skilled at managing multiple deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively. · Flexible and adaptable approach to work and can easily adjust to shifts in priorities as the needs of the business change. · Able to effectively work and thrive in a remote/hybrid work environment that has limited opportunities for in-person interactions.
