Position Summary Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Program Manager to support a high-priority acquisition mission within the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI). This division provides enterprise support to more than 110 active Air Force, Air National Guard (ANG), and Air Force Reserve installations and bases, as well as technical and policy guidance for C3I infrastructure across USAF enterprise applications. This full-time position is based at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to: • Apply knowledge of DoD acquisition and program management policies (DoDI 5000.02, AFI 63-101/20-101) and organizational structures. • Utilize qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to evaluate acquisition program efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity. • Assist the Program Manager in assessing cost/schedule performance and recommend alternative courses of action where needed. • Prepare and deliver quality acquisition and program documentation (e.g., briefings, plans, reports). • Conduct planning, research, analysis, and assessments related to system development, production, and deployment. • Develop and support required acquisition reports (e.g., DAES, MAR). • Support program management reviews, senior-level briefings, and integrated master schedule (IMS) reviews. • Create and support program status briefings and acquisition task schedules for senior stakeholders. Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance: Must have an Active Secret Clearance Education: BA/BS degree Years of Experience: 10 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, of which 3 years must be in the DoD; OR • * 15 years of directly related experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD Preferred Qualifications Education: Master’s Degree Technical Skills • Knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle and reporting requirements • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Familiarity with acquisition reporting tools (e.g., DAES, MAR) • Scheduling and status tracking of acquisition tasks Interpersonal Skills • Strong written and verbal communication • Ability to work collaboratively with government and contractor teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Additional Information Location: Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA Travel: May be required at the customer's discretion Onsite #LI-SB1 Company Overview Odyssey Systems is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
