Job Description As an Associate Talent Manager at Odyssey, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns for our talent. This role directly supports a Talent Manager with an established roster by managing campaign execution from start to finish. Once a partnership has been secured, you will be responsible for ensuring it goes off without a hitch, acting as a liaison between the talent and the client, and keeping both parties up to date as the partnership evolves. Job Responsibilities • Provide direct support for a Talent Manager by managing campaign execution for a talent roster • Act as liaison between talent and client, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the campaign lifecycle • Provide talent with all necessary information and materials to successfully execute their campaigns • Review content against the campaign brief to ensure accuracy and alignment with client expectations • Submit content to the client for approval and communicate any feedback to the talent • Ensure that any edits requested by the client are carried out promptly • Gather and submit insights and performance data to client post-campaign • Update all campaign information within the company's CRM Minimum Qualifications Required • Passion for and strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, understanding that this role may involve responding to communications during evenings and weekends • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, manage several projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure • Commitment to our organizational values • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 • Talent management experience a plus Education/Training • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience What we offer • Medical Insurance – Your individual portion of your healthcare premium is covered 50% by Odyssey • 401k retirement plan with company match • Performance-based bonuses • Unlimited PTO, in addition to company holidays • Fully remote (must be based in the US) • Work from home stipend, flexible work hours • Paid parental leave • 2-week winter break in December • And much more!
