Full Description

The Role at a Glance Odyssey Autism is seeking a strategic, high-energy leader to own the "human side" of our business. You will be the architect of our growth, managing the delicate balance between hiring great clinicians and RBTs (Recruiting), keeping them happy (HR/Culture), and onboarding new families (Intake). You aren't just filling seats; you are building the team that changes lives. You will serve as the bridge between our clinical staff and the families waiting for care, ensuring that every time we hire a new RBT or BCBA, we have a client ready to start services immediately. Your Three Core Missions 1. Talent Acquisition · Own the Pipeline: execute a full-cycle recruiting strategy for BCBAs, RBTs, and Admin staff across our Phoenix and Tucson locations. · University Partnerships: Build relationships with ASU, U of A, NAU, and any other relevant universities nationwide to create a steady stream of student interns and RBTs. · The Candidate Experience: Ensure every applicant—whether hired or not—leaves with a positive impression of the Odyssey brand. · Metric: Reduce "Time to Fill" for critical clinical roles 2. Human Resources & Culture · Onboarding Architect: Redesign our onboarding process so new hires feel supported, trained, and integrated into our culture from Day 1. · Retention & Engagement: proactively manage staff morale. Organize team-building events, manage "Stay Interviews," and identify burnout risks before people leave. · Compliance & Admin: Manage benefits administration, employee files, and basic HR compliance (handbooks, state labor laws) and payroll. · Metric: NPI scores, internal morale surveys, staff turnover 3. Client Intake · First Contact: Serve as the empathetic first voice parents hear when they call Odyssey. Guide them from "inquiry" to "assessment." · Capacity Management: Master the puzzle of scheduling. You will align our Hiring Plan with our Waitlist, ensuring we don't hire staff we can't utilize, or accept clients we can't staff. · Conversion: manage the intake CRM, follow up with leads, and assist families with insurance verification basics (alongside our billing team). · Metric: conversion rate from inbound submission to new patient start, time from submission to new patient start
