KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Own and grow a portfolio of advertising accounts with a focus on long-term client success and revenue growth. Lead the sale of dynamic digital ad formats, including banners, rich media, interactive experiences, and emerging platforms. Hunt for new business through outbound outreach, strategic partnerships, and leveraging referrals—relentlessly building your pipeline. Partner with internal marketing, product, and creative teams to craft compelling advertising campaigns that drive results. Develop and execute sales strategies that consistently exceed aggressive revenue targets. Analyze campaign performance and optimize proactively to maximize client ROI and satisfaction. Stay ahead of the curve on digital ad trends, consumer behavior shifts, and technology developments. Deliver clear, data-driven reports and insights to both clients and internal stakeholders to inform future strategies. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 4–7 years of experience in digital media sales, account management, or a related field Proven expertise in digital advertising formats, platforms, ad-tech ecosystems, and performance metrics Track record of success in pitching and closing deals with brands, agencies, and influencer marketing teams Exceptional relationship management skills with a consultative, client-first approach Strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling abilities Highly driven self-starter with a collaborative spirit and entrepreneurial mindset WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU: We don’t just sell ads—we create digital experiences that connect brands and audiences in meaningful, measurable ways.
