Because you’re someone who loves to learn, enjoys people, and has a real heart to help, we encourage you to join us as a: Training Solutions Support Manager I This is What You’ll Do • Maintain active learning objects to ensure training remains current, accurate, and aligned with role requirements. • Coordinate with content developers, business units, and compliance stakeholders to update or retire obsolete learning assets. • Develop and publish training content in support of Operational Excellence (OpEx) and Project Management Office (PMO) initiatives. • Collaborate with project stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective learning solutions. • Ensure training materials meet quality, consistency, and branding standards while supporting initiative timelines. • Accurately process SARs weekly for role-based learning access (e.g., QAB, NexSys Tech, DT, DCT, Phleb, MP). • Align SAR assignments with business needs and cross-training requirements to support workforce flexibility and agility. • Partner with field leadership to resolve assignment discrepancies and ensure employees receive access without disruption. • Support enterprise readiness by optimizing training assignments in line with staffing changes, regulatory updates, and strategic priorities. • Performs other duties as assigned. This is What it Takes • Bachelor’s degree. • One (1) year of experience in training operations, LMS administration, or instructional content management in a regulated environment. • Proficient in managing eLearning platforms, learning content version control, and curriculum design. • Familiarity with virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and Learning Management Systems. • Self-starter who can work independently while maintaining alignment with broader training strategies. • Strong project coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of using data to inform decisions. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. • Ability to work in a highly regulated industry preferred. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required.
