This is What You’ll Do • Set the operating vision and priorities for the department and align with other partner areas. • Own KPI definitions, data governance, and forecasting models for capacity, demand, and staffing risk, including early warning indicators for performance risk and SOP non adoption. • Lead the center tiering methodology; refresh tier placement, size opportunities, and establish targets and timelines tied to business outcomes. • Direct root cause analysis and develop standardized playbooks, SOP inputs, and clear acceptance criteria for each deployment. • Produce operating content and change plans (audience, messages, timelines, adoption checkpoints) that enable consistent execution. • Govern the Operations SharePoint, templates, dashboards, and best practice libraries in partnership with Data Engineering/IT. • Run the performance governance rhythm, monthly performance checks and quarterly reviews, and track benefits Time Impact & Lost Time (TILT)/ROI, risks, and dependencies. • Build and lead a high performing team; set objectives, coach talent, manage budget, and develop succession for critical roles. • Partners with the Deployment & Support team to ensure solution feasibility, readiness, and field capacity; incorporate field feedback to refine tools and guidance. • Perform other duties as assigned. This is What it Takes • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. • In Lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in operations strategy, analytics, or performance management, including three (3) or more years leading a multidisciplinary team and implementing enterprise strategies • Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification preferred. • Proficiency with modern analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and working knowledge of SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365. • Advanced forecasting, modeling, and statistical analysis capabilities; ability to translate complex analyses into clear operating guidance. • Strong executive communication and presentation skills; adept at creating board ready materials and performance dashboards. • Change leadership skills in matrixed environments; able to set direction, secure alignment, and drive adoption at scale. • Skilled in program governance, including benefit tracking (TILT/ROI), risk management, and dependency planning. • Advanced knowledge with SOP design, standardized work, and best practice library management in regulated environments. • Knowledgeable in data quality and data governance; skilled in establishing KPI definitions and data controls
