Remote - Visa Independent Job Title: System Administrator – VMware / Hardware Infrastructure Job Description: We are seeking an experienced System Administrator with strong expertise in VMware virtualization and enterprise hardware infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting and maintaining VMware environments, UCS/Cisco/HPE infrastructure, and Verge I/O platforms in a production environment. Experience: 10-12 years Required Skills: • Strong experience with VMware administration and virtualization technologies • Hands-on experience with UCS, Cisco, and HPE hardware infrastructure • Experience working with Verge I/O platforms • Server installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting • Infrastructure monitoring, performance tuning, and system upgrades • Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and high availability environments • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Responsibilities: • Administer and support VMware infrastructure and virtual environments • Manage Cisco UCS and HPE hardware systems • Monitor system health, performance, and security • Perform system upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities • Troubleshoot infrastructure and hardware-related issues • Support high availability and disaster recovery initiatives • Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure system reliability Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in enterprise data center environments • Knowledge of storage, networking, and virtualization best practices • Excellent communication and documentation skills
