Receptionist – Octane Cannabis (Enfield, CT) Full-Time Octane Cannabis is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Enfield, CT. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will create a positive and welcoming experience while ensuring compliance with state cannabis regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Greet customers warmly and check IDs to verify age and validity. • Manage customer sign-ins, waitlists, and traffic flow inside the dispensary. • Answer phone calls, assist customers with general questions, and provide store information. • Maintain a clean and organized reception and lobby area. • Support budtenders by communicating customer flow and assisting with basic admin tasks. • Ensure compliance with all CT cannabis laws and Octane Cannabis policies. • Monitor lobby behavior to maintain a safe and professional environment. • Assist with online order pickups by directing customers and coordinating with staff. Qualifications: • Prior customer service or receptionist experience preferred. • Strong communication and people skills. • Ability to stay calm and professional during busy periods. • Reliable, punctual, and a team player. • Basic computer and phone system skills. • Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check under CT cannabis regulations.
