Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Owner including inbox and schedule management, investment document coordination, and liaising with senior advisors and Board members.
Senior-level experience in the HNW space, strong discretion, ability to manage complex tasks independently, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and local residence in Vancouver area.
This is a critical senior role that provides comprehensive administrative and strategic support to our Owner, with a mix of personal assistance and business-related operational endeavours and administrative management of overall affairs, including some charitable, investment, and Board exposure. Previous work experience in the HNW space is required. Your primary focus will be in supporting and organizing our Owner with inbox management, scheduling, and some travel arrangements. Additionally, there will be the coordination and file management of investment paperwork, Insider reporting as required, portfolio position updates, and funds transfer coordination. Some investment knowledge and experience would be ideal. You will have the opportunity to liaise with a broad range of senior advisors (financial, insurance, legal), and executive management and Board members at investee companies, as well those prospecting for investors or donors. As well, there will be some administrative work required for a related company, including a measure of HR administration, purchasing, and accounts payable/receivable management.
