Role Overview: As an Operations Coordinator for the OLGMC NICU, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Your efforts will directly support clinical teams and enhance patient care by managing logistics, coordinating resources, and streamlining communication. What You'll Do: - You will coordinate daily operations within the NICU to ensure optimal workflow and resource allocation. - You will manage scheduling and staffing logistics to support clinical needs. - You will serve as a liaison between medical staff, administration, and external vendors. - You will monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels. - You will assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures. - You will track and report key performance metrics to support continuous improvement. - You will facilitate communication and collaboration among multidisciplinary teams. - You will support special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing NICU services. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare operations or a related field. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency with healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
