Role Overview: As an Operations Coordinator for the OLGMC NICU, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Your efforts will support clinical staff and management by coordinating daily activities, managing resources, and facilitating communication to enhance patient care and operational effectiveness. What You'll Do: - You will coordinate daily NICU operations to ensure seamless workflow and patient care. - You will manage scheduling and resource allocation for clinical and support staff. - You will serve as a liaison between medical teams, administration, and external partners. - You will monitor compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. - You will assist in data collection and reporting to support quality improvement initiatives. - You will facilitate communication and problem-solving among multidisciplinary teams. - You will support training and onboarding of new staff members. - You will contribute to process improvement projects to enhance NICU efficiency. What You Bring: - You bring at least 3 years of experience in healthcare operations or coordination. - You have strong organizational and multitasking skills. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - You are proficient with healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You have knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a NICU or similar critical care environment. - Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems. - Certification in healthcare administration or project management. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
