What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in imaging services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Strong knowledge of imaging modalities such as MRI, CT, X-ray, and Ultrasound. - Proven ability to manage teams and lead operational improvements. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with healthcare regulations, accreditation processes, and quality standards. - Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certification in Radiology Administration or related credentials. - Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and imaging software systems. - Background in budgeting and financial management within healthcare. - Demonstrated success in driving innovation and change management.
