What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the imaging services department, ensuring operational excellence and patient safety. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance imaging services and technology. - You will oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance of the department. - You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. - You will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve patient outcomes. - You will recruit, train, and mentor imaging staff to foster professional growth. - You will analyze performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives. - You will stay current with advancements in imaging technology and healthcare trends. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in imaging services or healthcare management. - Strong knowledge of imaging modalities such as MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage budgets and financial planning. - Familiarity with healthcare regulations and accreditation processes. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certification in Radiology Administration or related field. - Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems. - Background in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. - Advanced degree in healthcare administration or related discipline.
