Your role is pivotal in driving clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic growth in imaging services. What You'll Do: - You will manage and direct all imaging departments, including MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound services. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance imaging services and patient care. - You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accreditation requirements. - You will lead a team of imaging professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. - You will collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to integrate imaging services with overall patient care. - You will oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance of imaging services. - You will drive innovation by evaluating and adopting new imaging technologies and practices. - You will monitor quality metrics and implement initiatives to improve service delivery and patient outcomes. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in imaging services management or a related healthcare leadership role. - Strong knowledge of imaging modalities, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. - Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic planning abilities. - Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets effectively. - Relevant certifications in imaging or healthcare management are preferred.
