What You'll Do: - You will manage and direct all imaging services, including MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound departments. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance imaging service delivery and patient outcomes. - You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accreditation requirements. - You will lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of imaging professionals. - You will collaborate with physicians, technologists, and administrative staff to optimize workflow and patient care. - You will oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and equipment procurement for imaging services. - You will analyze performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives. - You will stay current with technological advancements and integrate innovative imaging solutions. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in imaging services management or a related healthcare leadership role. - Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging modalities and healthcare regulations. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. - Experience with budgeting, financial management, and strategic planning. - Relevant certifications in imaging or healthcare administration are preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a large health system or academic medical center. - Advanced degree in healthcare administration, radiology, or a related field. - Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and imaging information systems (PACS). - Demonstrated success in leading quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
