What You'll Do: - You will manage and direct all imaging services, including MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound departments. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance imaging service delivery and patient outcomes. - You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accreditation requirements. - You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of imaging professionals to foster a culture of excellence. - You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize diagnostic processes. - You will oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and operational efficiency within the imaging services. - You will drive the adoption of new imaging technologies and innovations. - You will monitor performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in imaging services management or a related healthcare leadership role. - Strong knowledge of imaging modalities such as MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound. - Proven experience in regulatory compliance and accreditation processes. - Excellent leadership and team development skills. - Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certification in Radiology Administration or related credentials. - Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and imaging software. - Background in quality improvement methodologies. - Experience working in a large healthcare system.
