What You'll Do: - You will manage and coordinate all imaging services, including MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound departments. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance imaging service delivery and patient satisfaction. - You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accreditation requirements. - You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of imaging professionals to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. - You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize diagnostic processes and patient outcomes. - You will oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and equipment maintenance to ensure operational efficiency. - You will analyze performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives. - You will stay current with advancements in imaging technology and integrate innovative solutions into practice. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in medical imaging, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Strong knowledge of imaging modalities such as MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound. - Proven experience in managing healthcare teams and operations. - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Familiarity with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality assurance processes. - Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certification in Radiology Administration or related credentials. - Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and imaging information systems (PACS). - Background in budgeting and financial management within healthcare settings. - Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams.
