Role Overview: As the Director of Imaging Services, you will lead and oversee all imaging operations within the health system, ensuring high-quality diagnostic services that support patient care and clinical outcomes. You will drive strategic initiatives, manage teams, and collaborate across departments to enhance imaging capabilities and patient experiences. What You'll Do: - You will develop and implement strategic plans for imaging services aligned with organizational goals. - You will manage daily operations of imaging departments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. - You will lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of imaging professionals. - You will oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance of imaging services. - You will collaborate with clinical leaders to integrate imaging services into patient care pathways. - You will ensure the adoption and optimization of advanced imaging technologies and protocols. - You will monitor quality metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - You will represent imaging services in organizational leadership meetings and external partnerships. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in imaging services management or related healthcare leadership roles. - Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging modalities, including MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound. - Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex operations. - Experience with budgeting, financial management, and regulatory compliance in healthcare. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic planning skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Radiology, or related field. - Certification in Radiology Administration or Healthcare Management. - Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and imaging information systems (PACS). - Demonstrated success in leading technology integration and innovation projects.
