Role Overview: As the Director of Imaging Services, you will lead and oversee all imaging operations within the health system, ensuring high-quality diagnostic services and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving innovation, operational efficiency, and exceptional patient experiences. What You'll Do: - You will manage and direct all imaging services, including MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound departments. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance imaging service delivery and patient care. - You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accreditation requirements. - You will lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of imaging professionals. - You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare leaders to optimize diagnostic workflows. - You will oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and operational performance metrics. - You will drive quality improvement initiatives and adopt new imaging technologies. - You will foster a patient-centered environment focused on safety and satisfaction. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in imaging services management or related healthcare leadership roles. - Strong knowledge of imaging modalities, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements. - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Radiologic Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certification in Radiology Administration or Healthcare Management. - Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and imaging information systems (PACS). - Background in budgeting and financial management within healthcare settings. - Demonstrated success in leading quality improvement and innovation projects.
