What You'll Do: - You will manage and direct all imaging services, including MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound departments. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance imaging service quality and operational efficiency. - You will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. - You will lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of imaging professionals. - You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care. - You will oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and equipment maintenance. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives and adopt new imaging technologies. - You will represent the imaging department in leadership meetings and contribute to organizational goals. What You Bring: - You bring at least 7 years of progressive leadership experience in imaging services or radiology. - You bring strong knowledge of imaging modalities, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards. - You bring excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - You bring experience in budgeting, financial management, and strategic planning. - You bring a relevant advanced degree or certification in healthcare administration or radiology. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and imaging information systems (PACS/RIS). - Certification as a Radiologic Technologist or Radiology Administrator. - Experience in a large, multi-site healthcare system. - Proven track record of leading successful quality improvement projects.
