What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the imaging services department, ensuring efficient and effective operations. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance imaging services and patient care. - You will oversee compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accreditation requirements. - You will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize imaging workflows. - You will manage budgets, resources, and staffing to meet departmental goals. - You will drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance metrics. - You will stay abreast of emerging imaging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate. - You will foster a positive work environment that encourages professional development and teamwork. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in imaging services or healthcare management. - Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging modalities and healthcare regulations. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and implement quality improvement strategies. - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Radiologic Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certification in Radiology Administration or related credentials. - Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and imaging information systems (PACS). - Background in budgeting and financial management within healthcare. - Experience leading large-scale projects or change management initiatives.
