Role Overview: As the Director of Imaging Services, you will lead and oversee all imaging operations within the health system, ensuring high-quality diagnostic services that support patient care and clinical outcomes. You will drive strategic initiatives, manage teams, and collaborate across departments to enhance imaging capabilities and patient experiences. What You'll Do: - You will develop and implement strategic plans for imaging services aligned with organizational goals. - You will manage daily operations of imaging departments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. - You will lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of imaging professionals. - You will oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance of imaging services. - You will collaborate with clinical leaders to integrate imaging services into patient care pathways. - You will ensure the adoption and optimization of advanced imaging technologies and protocols. - You will monitor quality metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - You will represent imaging services in organizational leadership meetings and external partnerships. What You Bring: - You bring at least 7 years of progressive leadership experience in imaging or radiology services. - You bring strong knowledge of imaging modalities, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards. - You bring excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - You bring experience managing budgets and operational performance in a healthcare setting. - You bring a commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with advanced imaging technologies such as MRI, CT, and PET. - Certification in Radiology Administration or Healthcare Management. - Experience working in a large, integrated health system. - Proven success in leading change management and innovation initiatives.
