What You'll Do: - You will manage daily operations of the imaging services department, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. - You will lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of imaging professionals to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance imaging services and integrate new technologies. - You will collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to optimize patient care pathways and imaging workflows. - You will oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance of the imaging department. - You will ensure quality assurance and safety protocols are rigorously followed to maintain accreditation standards. - You will drive initiatives for staff training, professional development, and performance evaluation. - You will analyze operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency and service enhancement. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in imaging services management or a related healthcare leadership role. - Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging modalities, healthcare regulations, and accreditation requirements. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals. - Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and operational analytics.
