What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the imaging services department, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to improve imaging services and patient experience. - You will oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance of the imaging department. - You will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to integrate imaging services into patient care pathways. - You will ensure the maintenance and upgrade of imaging equipment and technology. - You will recruit, train, and mentor imaging staff to foster professional growth and high performance. - You will monitor quality assurance programs and implement improvements based on data and feedback. - You will stay current with industry trends and innovations to keep the department at the forefront of imaging technology. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in imaging services management or a related healthcare leadership role. - Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging modalities, including MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound. - Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Experience with budgeting, financial management, and regulatory compliance in healthcare. - Relevant certifications in imaging or healthcare management are preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a large health system or academic medical center. - Advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field. - Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and imaging information systems (PACS). - Demonstrated success in driving innovation and process improvements in imaging services.
