What You'll Do: - You will manage and direct all imaging services, including MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound departments. - You will develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. - You will lead a team of imaging professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. - You will collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to optimize patient care and operational workflows. - You will oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and capital planning for imaging services. - You will ensure the maintenance and upgrade of imaging equipment to support cutting-edge diagnostic capabilities. - You will analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve service quality and patient satisfaction. - You will stay current with industry trends and technological advancements to guide strategic initiatives. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in imaging services management or a related healthcare leadership role. - Strong knowledge of imaging modalities, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to manage budgets and financial planning effectively. - Relevant certifications in healthcare management or imaging services are preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and imaging software. - Background in strategic planning and project management. - Advanced degree in healthcare administration, radiology, or a related field. - Experience working in a large, integrated health system.
