What You'll Do: - You will manage and direct all imaging services, including MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound departments. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance imaging service quality and operational efficiency. - You will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards. - You will lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of imaging professionals. - You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare leaders to optimize patient care pathways. - You will oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and equipment procurement. - You will analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - You will stay current with technological advancements and integrate new imaging technologies. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in imaging services management or a related healthcare leadership role. - Strong knowledge of imaging modalities and healthcare regulatory requirements. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. - Experience with budgeting and financial management in a healthcare setting. - Relevant certifications in radiology or healthcare management are preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a large, integrated health system. - Advanced degree in healthcare administration, radiology, or a related field. - Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and imaging software systems. - Demonstrated success in leading quality improvement projects.
